Brewing Recommendations:
The longer you steep your herbs, the stronger the flavor will be. Steeping too long can result in bitter tea, so experiment and adjust the steeping time accordingly. You create your own tea brewing rules. Generally, you may use 1-3 teaspoons of loose tea with 1 cup of boiling water steeped for 5-10 mins. Remove tea strainer and herbs. If desired, sweeten or add a splash of your favorite fruit juice for added flavor.
